CPANLN - CROWN CROSSLINKER NLN
A no-cure crosslinker for waterbased inks which can immensely improve
the wash / chemical and acid resistance of the printed ink at an extremely
small dosages ranging from 0.1-0.5%.
Tip: NLN can also be used to improve stretchability of already printed
inks by spraying it over the damaged design and let it air dry for 24hrs.
You’ll find drastic improvement in stretch without any stains on the
fabric!!

What is the quality assurance of your products ?
We go through stringent procedures to maintain our quality.
Firstly, all the incoming raw materials are checked against our standard parameters. Post production each and every batch sample is sent to our lab and printed on various fabrics and the following parameters are checked:
A) Washing Fastness (Tumble wash at 40 degrees, for 45 minutes and tumble dry)
B) Rubbing Fastness / Colour Fastness (Crockmeter)
C) Tackiness
D) Screen Choking
Adding to this, once in every quarter, our products are tested for Heavy Metals, APEO, NPEO & Formaldehyde from 3rd Party Laboratories.
